1. Service Scope & Authorization

By contracting H.H. Property & Estate Services, LLC for cleanout, junk removal, make-ready, or handyman repairs, the customer represents and warrants that they possess legal authority or power of attorney/executorship to authorize the removal, disposal, or repair of all items and property located on site.

2. Estimates & Special Promotions

Estimates provided online or over the phone are preliminary. Final itemized pricing is established and agreed upon after an on-site or photo walkthrough. Promotional offers, including the "Buy 4 Cleanouts, Get 5th FREE" promotion, apply to standard residential/apartment unit cleanouts within a single calendar billing cycle and include complimentary standard Make Ready service. 3. Prohibited & Hazardous Materials

H.H. Property & Estate Services, LLC does not haul hazardous chemicals, bio-hazards, explosives, toxic waste, or unapproved chemical barrels without prior written specialty hazardous disposal riders.
